Gay Speed Dating NYC brings guests together through theatrical introductions, themed host-led pairings and three-song Half-Room Dance rounds, with space to mingle between selections. Guests may dance or simply talk; romantic matches remain voluntary and private. The Matchmaking Ball gives commercial partners a memorable way to support live social entertainment.

HKNY Entertainment sells and produces the Ball. A presenting sponsor funds the core show and receives defined promotional benefits. The venue operates its hospitality business and retains its bar sales. Guests enjoy an inviting experience with optional paid upgrades.

BE THE NAME BEHIND THE BALL

PRESENTING SPONSOR · $2,000 PER BALL

The presenting partner receives headline “Presented by” identification, prominent approved placement on the Ball’s digital event page and promotional artwork, a linked sponsor story, and opening and closing host acknowledgments. A brief, planned sponsor interaction can be included when it fits the show and is agreed in advance.

The $2,000 presenting price is the commercial package for a standard NYC Ball. An edition's signed offer identifies its date or delivery window, available promotional inventory, category rights and fulfillment commitments. Larger or specially customized events are quoted separately.

WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP SUPPORTS

A produced social evening needs skilled hosts, a clear guest experience and sound execution. Sponsorship helps cover host fees, event coordination, guest check-in and registration operations, matchmaking administration, approved promotion, equipment and other agreed production expenses.

The Ball's core experience is designed to stand on its own without relying on VIP purchases to pay the hosts. Optional paid games or premium guest experiences are separately identified and do not buy better matches or preferential access to another person's information.

Approved use of the sponsor's name, logo and website in the agreed event page, promotional materials and presenting credit. Production-specific placements and deadlines are confirmed before artwork is published.

A SPONSOR STORY

A short, approved feature explains what your business does and why it chose to back the Ball. It includes an agreed link and is clearly identified as paid sponsorship, not an independent endorsement by the guests or hosts.

A MOMENT WITH THE ROOM

The hosts can acknowledge the presenting partner and deliver a brief approved introduction or audience-facing interaction where it suits the running order. Guests remain free to choose whether to engage with a sponsor activation.

CLEAR COMMERCIAL DELIVERABLES

Your agreement identifies the producer, sponsorship price, creative approvals, advertising placements, live acknowledgment, delivery dates, reporting and what happens if the Ball is rescheduled or cannot proceed.

PRODUCTION SPONSOR · $500

A supporting commercial package featuring an approved business description and link, selected digital recognition and an agreed mention where the event format permits. Available alongside a presenting sponsor only where the exclusivity terms allow it.

GALLERY SPONSOR · $250

A smaller supporting position with approved business-name and website-link recognition on the specific Ball's digital event page or agreed shared materials.

SPONSORED SERIES · CUSTOM AGREEMENT

Present several Balls across a defined period or venue network. The contract specifies each event, guaranteed placements, available category exclusivity, fees and the schedule for sponsor fulfillment. A multi-event partnership can be organized under one commercial relationship without treating unbooked dates as confirmed.

Supporting tiers are optional inventory, not a requirement for delivering the presenting sponsorship. HKNY will confirm sponsor availability and any exclusivity before accepting a commitment.

THE VENUE KEEPS THE BAR

HKNY's standard sponsor-funded hosting arrangement lets a participating venue keep its ordinary food and beverage sales while its team runs the premises. HKNY provides its agreed hosts, format and production work, funded through commercial sponsorship.

There is no standard venue-paid entertainment booking fee or automatic split of bar receipts. Any special staffing, equipment, security, permit, insurance or other incremental expense is assigned in writing before an event is booked.

WHO SHOULD SPONSOR THE BALL?

Businesses whose customers value New York nightlife, social connection and memorable experiences: restaurants, bars, hospitality groups, grooming and fashion brands, independent retailers, consumer services and other suitable local or regional companies.

Sponsors purchase advertising and promotional benefits—not access to participant lists, matching preferences, romantic selections or private contact information. Event attendance, sales results and impressions are not guaranteed.

A NIGHT PEOPLE WANT TO ATTEND

The evening combines check-in and welcome, guided short conversations, host-led social games, a second chance to mix and private selections for optional mutual follow-up. Guests are never required to disclose attraction publicly or participate in an onstage ranking. Eligibility, privacy, conduct and matching rules are published before registration for each event.

Optional VIP experiences may offer a distinct hosted activity, reserved seating or other clearly described benefits. They do not alter the fairness or privacy of the matching process.
